a beautiful email 30 Oct 19

 Hi Lee,

I want to thank you for your insightful lessons.
I loved it all; the stillness of the meditation, to the warming stretches followed by the invigorating flow. I can't not mention the hauntingly beautiful Te Reo prayer/blessing that brought tears to my eyes. You share your knowledge and give tips about a multitude of helpful hints. You have a gift.
You have inspired me to return to regular practice of Qi Gong or Tai Chi. The benefits beckon, it's been many years since I last did any of these eastern arts. Hope to see you back in my area in the future, so I can feel that amazing qi bouncing off you
